It is highly recommended that you guys come to visit workshops . Maybe you will also have some complaints and advice from customers after seeing the production line. Sharing some complaint and advice below:
1. In some workshops, it is hot in summer and cold in winter. It will be better to fix air conditions. Improve the working conditions and living is one of our long term aim.
2. We have to supervise the workers to wear the earplugs to protect the ear from damaging of some machines’ noise.The automatic paper shopping bag making machines, automatic rigid boxes making machine,Semi Automatic hard case folding machine and Automatic Grooving Machine, Automatic Die Cutting Machine, etc. All these advanced machines have to run 7×24 days per weeks, the operators works 6 hours per shift to reduce the noise influences.
3. We have to supervise the workers to wear the face masks to protect the sense of smell from the influence of printing ink. The printing workshops are full of smell of printing soy based ink. The soy ink is made from soybeans, a renewable resource. But the printing machines have to use the eco-friendly soy ink which also sent forth the MONEY SMELL. It is the key materials to run all printing machines.
4. The waste paper in the packaging workshops should not be placed on the aisle, it should be moved to the designated waste paper area every 2-3 hours.
5. In packaging workshops, a few workers had some glue stains on their hands and clothes, we should supervise them to wear gloves and aprons.
6. Five forklifts carried palletized cargoes to fit 4X40HQ containers at the same time, it is easy to cause accidents. We should arrange the suitable delivery time and pay attention to safety.
7. Some clients had fun and enjoyed the process after they tried to fold luxury hand-made luxury paper bags and gift boxes. They also realized these paper boxes need more time and labors, it is not easy job. Even if the small paper hang tags also need a few processing step to complete.
8. A few clients were surprised that music is playing in our workshops. Some workers are allowed to listen music via smartphones.
9. Clients said most of the workers are over 35 years old. They are very shy to talk to visitors. Just speaking “Thank you! or Hello! “when replying. The skilled workers are older, it is difficult to employ the young staffs in recent years, so we have to buy more automatic machines to increase the capacity.
10. The bankrupt of two big clients ever brought us to serious trouble, but we still trust you guys, because we treat clients as partners and do the long term business.
